We went for the grand opening, and the food was AMAZING. I love pho, in the last 6 months alone I've had pho in Oregon, Washington, California, and Florida. That being said, this is literally the best pho I've had in years.

The broth was incredibly flavorful, it had great depth of flavor, and was still light and well balanced. The beef in the pho was served medium rare, as it should be, and overall it was amazing. The dish was so good by itself, that for the first time ever, I didn't want any Hoisin sauce.

The staff was polite and went as fast as they could. We were comped (without asking or complaining) for our drinks (two smoothies) due to the wait they had on opening day. Being the grand opening, we expected it to be busy and chaotic, and that wasn't at all an issue for us. It was well worth the wait, and I'm sure they'll smooth things out over the next few days.

Don't listen to the haters that don't have the sense to expect some hiccups at a brand new restaurant in its first few hours of existence. Was there a longer than usual wait? Yes. Did it matter in the end? Nope. We came for the pho and were not disappointed. We will be regulars here for sure! No more driving all the way down to Bonifay for bland,...

The first time I came, there was nobody eating in the restaurant and I ordered takeout. A full 30 minutes later I received my lemongrass chicken and jasmine rice, with none of the things it was advertised to come with. No vegetables, no fish sauce, nothing but the rice and chicken. I decided to give it a second chance and came with the whole family for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was at half capacity. After being seated, we waited for 20 minutes without even being asked if we wanted drinks, appetizers, or to order. When our food finally came 45 minutes later, our order was wrong and we were given chicken instead of the shrimp we ordered. The Pho I ordered with three different meats, and I only found two pieces of meat, both the same kind. The table next to us also received a completely wrong order. The food is good and the menu is extensive, but there is no good excuse for such poor quality and timeliness of service. I cannot recommend this experience to anyone. I would only come here again with a long book to read and a lot...

It's just ok. I've had really good pho before. It's all in how they cook the broth. The broth should stand on its own with the noodles and meat as additives. This pho's broth was just barely flavored. The meats they added were also quite flavorless. Almost as if the just came out of a can. We tried a few other dishes as well and all fairly bland. The sad part is when I went to pay and they asked how we like the food. I said we were disappointed as the pho was a let down, and their response was "oh, well your total comes out to..." The service was great till that point. If I worked a restaurant I'd want to know what the customer thinks of the food and how to better it. I was about to give 3/5, as the food wasn't bad just bland, but the last interaction just...

EDIT: New menu. Authentic spot and good food, its WORTH a stop, no banh mi or else it would've been a 4. BEWARE the egg rolls are 4.75 for two and each one is small, like the size of a roll of dimes. The plate I had was very hearty, veggies and a good amount of meat, could feed two with another side or just alone. Boba: honeydew milk tea was good as well. I liked it and being that its the only Vietnamese spot in E-prise, that's totally good. Fruit cocktail fri-sun: good!! Order with no ice Iced Coffee: too bitter for me Pho: There's a way to eat pho, if you don't know the proper way, ask your server, she's a straight shooter and will help you enjoy an authentic experience. Vermicelli: pretty good. A solid 3, cuz its comfort food Sustain.

I went for lunch and had the round eye steak pho. The service was slow but perhaps that showed in their food. The pho was great, especially with their homemade lemongrass spice (you have to ask for it). My biggest complaint is the meat portion seemed to be small. I’m not sure if this is because it was a lunch special or if it’s usually smaller portions of the proteins. Either way, I left full and happy. The restaurant was clean but nothing fancy. There were tvs playing cooking shows of the food served in the restaurant which was cool.
