The customer service at this location is horrible. Out of all the T-Mobile store in the area, and out of the area, this one fails to uphold the standards of customer service T-Mobile has always put in place. T-Mobile as a whole has been a wonderful company and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences aside from the 2 times visiting this store. The lack of concern and care on part of the staff at this location is deplorable in comparison. Due to the high satisfaction everywhere else amongst T-Mobile, it makes the bad experiences at this location even more infuriating.
They are condescending and rude. They are never willing or able to explain things pertaining to the reason your visiting in a manner that is clear, concise and helpful. When you ask for better clarification on anything, they throw their hands up and are not able to do so. When told on the phone by customer care, or any other department for that matter, that we can go into ANY T-Mobile store location and receive help for A, B and C, and extend to tell us exactly how the staff would do it on their end, this store refuses to put forth the time or effort it would take to do so. They blame the employees on the phones end for their incompetence in "not knowing how it works as a manager in a store". They claim their specific store is different and cannot do the things others are able to do.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI forget his name but he was great I donāt want to point it out but maybe the only way I will know his name but he had oxygen on (no judgment) (I'm forgetful of names) he was smooth very welcoming and very knowledgeable, things out of his control like phone back up usually is an awkward silence. He took the time to walk around and talk about other products T-Mobile carries, the in home wifi was a big selling point for me as I've always ever had the typical cable company. He sold me, I wish I had the time to get it done not his fault but I had to work and I came in at a time where I couldn't commit myself to more than an hour. But I do have to say in that hour period I was welcomed very nicely he was very thorough and didn't try to force me to do something I didn't want to, I wasn't interested in the latest and greatest if you will and he was fine with that he did tell me all the new features of the new iPhone although I'm not one to always get the newest stuff. We settled on the iPhone 15 pro max which is a great size and awesome battery. I need to find out his name so I can go back to him. I don't live near the store actually an hour and 10 min away but I was in the area, I will gladly drive an hour and 10 min just to go back and see him for my next upgrade.I feel as if it's my duty to make sure upper management knows how good it was. This man should not be employed. After fraudulently taking over $400.00 out of my account on Friday and dealing with this issue all weekend, inept āassistant managersā asking to look through my bank account to āsee the statusā of the withdrawl that i was never informed would happen or authorized to happen. His solution to fix this issue was to offer me a $50.00 account credit and get the refund whenever i got it. When asked for his bossās name his store number and a number to call to deal with not only his poor management but my $400.00 that was stolen from me i was given a business card with the store number and his name scribbled on the back.
