Andy's Equipment Exchange — Local services in Erie

It seems the sales side of their business gets good reviews. My experience with their purchasing department wasn't so good. They pitched an offer at us, we took the offer without straight away without countering. They left us with a smile, saying their truck will come by to pick up our stuff and give us a check.

They flaked on us.

So we held everything they asked for, at our expense, and at the inconvenience of the business that was waiting for the space we were clearing out. Andy's never notified us that the were just kidding, so we only found out we were waiting for someone that would never show up when we reached out again to ask them when they would be sending the truck.

If you make a deal, stick to it. If you can't manage that much, give a curtesy call to the people who are holding what you asked...

We used Andys Equipment to purchase a pre owned display for our business. Andy and his staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to bring this equipment to us from Cleveland as well as making sure it was in proper working condition. They made the time to be at the restaurant at the same time as the windows were removed and got the equipment in quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We will always use Andys in the future!...

We bought a gelato case from Andy. He held it in his warehouse for us for several months and then made sure that it was cleaned and running before he shipping it out to us. Never met Andy in person, but we can vouch for his upstanding service. The care that Andy put into making sure the transaction went smoothly is commendable. Highly recommend...
