Excellent, remarkable, stupendous, amazing! I couldn't think of a strong enough superlative to describe my experience at Blue Willow Bridal. Shopping for a wedding dress is an experience full of emotion and can be stressful. The sample sizes in store are likely not to be your true size and without proper help to see how the dress can look when it is sized and tailored correctly, the experience can be overwhelming (or worse - degrading!). I had been to one other shop before scheduling my appointment with Blue Willow. My experience at that other shop was not good and left me feeling deflated and discouraged. Thankfully, I decided to see what other shops were within a reasonable distance from me. I saw other glowing reviews from brides and decided this might be my bridal shop! I had so much fun trying on dresses with Sarah! She used clips and tools to show me how the dresses would look when properly fitted for my body. I was able to find my ceremony dress and my reception dress. The store is well organized and chic. The privacy of having an individual appointment without other shoppers milling around in the background is refreshing and helps settle any nerves when looking for one of the most important items of clothing you'll ever buy. After I had tried on a couple of preliminary dresses, Sarah pulled a few other dresses based on features I'd liked. She hit the jackpot! She found the most perfect, regal, over the top dress that was absolutely magical. She also helped me think through the pros and cons of wearing that dress throughout the day or having a second dress for the reception. There was zero pressure at any point to discuss money, budgeting, or even if I was purchasing a dress the day of my appointment. I felt completely in control of my purchase. Finding your wedding dress is probably the most overwhelming and one of the most biggest decision you will make in your life. But I'm here to tell you that Blue Willow made my experience absolutely flawless.

I had a very small squad with me, the day of my appointment. It was only myself, my goddaughter, and one of my bridesmaids. I lost my Mother to lung cancer in 2017 so the day was already emotional enough. As soon as I walked in, I felt overwhelmed just seeing all those beautiful gowns. Sarah, who is an absolute angel, was so gracious. She asked where my venue would be and if I could sum it up in one word...what would it be? I told her our venue and the word I used was "romantic." She said we would start with 5 dress. So still feeling overwhelmed I let Sarah, my goddaughter, and my bridesmaid pick for me. First my goddaughter picked a ballgown, then my bridesmaid picked something with sleeves, but Sarah picked dress #3. As soon as I tried it on...it literally took my breath away. It was absolutely stunning. Literally what dreams are made of. When I came out of the dressing room, there was complete silence. My goddaughter's mouth dropped to the floor. My bridesmaid couldn't look at me, because she turned around to hide her tears. Then Sarah said, there is actually a skirt to this gown if you would like to see it. We all three in perfect harmony said, "there's a SKIRT???" Sarah retrieved the skirt and paired it with a veil and then we all four stood in complete silence.

Without a doubt I found my dream dress and it was without question one of best experiences of my life. Sarah is an absolute genius and her intuition is out of this world. I know that I made the right decision going to Blue Willow Bridal and I would highly recommend to any future...

Where do I start? I was greeted by the kind face of the owner, Hannah, only a few months before my wedding day. I had been dealing with some stubborn postpartum weight and was very nervous about trying on wedding dresses (this is why I waited until the last minute unfortunately). After showing her my wedding dress inspo pictures Hannah and her team not only selected dresses right up my alley, but these beautiful dresses made for an incredibly difficult decision at the end of the appointment. They made me feel so beautiful in my postpartum body, and added all the perfect details (veil, silk scarf, draped sleeves, etc) to give me my “holy shit, this is my wedding dress” realization moment. I fell in love immediately and was incredibly lucky to find that they had a dress in my size that would arrive just in time. My dress, veil and sleeves arrived in a few short weeks and Hannah and her team were so professional and helpful, suggesting local seamstresses and any other resources. I even ended up getting some stunning earrings to go with the whole shebang at our last try on appointment. I cannot thank the ladies at Blue Willow Bridal enough for making me feel and look like a literal goddess on my wedding day. They’re amazing and I would recommend this shop to any upcoming bride,...
