After searching online for months for a mother of the bride dress, I decided to shop locally hoping it would be much easier than the online experience (ordering and returning). Dress UP was the first shop I went to. Jody greeted me immediately and asked a few questions about what I was looking for. She pointed me to the dresses in my size, pulled the ones I liked, unzipped them and hung them in the dressing room for me. As I tried them on and gave my thoughts she let me know if the dress was available in the size and color I was looking for. Jody was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process SO easy. She was never pushy and let me take my time in trying on and modeling for my friend who came along to help me decide. I was able to find the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding. Jody ordered the dress and gave me the name of a local seamstress for alterations. My dress arrived a week later and it is gorgeous! Five stars for Dress UP and five stars for Jody for her knowledgeable and helpful service. I would highly recommend Dress UP in Escanaba not just for a mother of the bride/groom, but anyone needing a dress for a special event.
