I took my camper screen door in to be fixed. The bottom screen had been ruined by the previous owners dog and they replaced it with plexiglass. Then my dog ran through the plexiglass and broke it again. I took the door in to have the bottom screen replaced. Customer service was great, don’t get me wrong. Actual work done, terrible!!! I get the door in my possession and the entire bottom screen is loose fitting. I don’t think twice about it. Get it screwed back into place in the door frame and the screen is completely out of the rubber held track. Top, and bottom. I had to fix it again, myself. I would’ve replaced the screen myself in the first place, but wanted to support a small local business. Very dissatisfied with workmanship from this local hardware. I got to tell you folks, if they don't have it, you don't need it! It just blew my sox off that a hardware store in a dinky dow town in Upper Michigan would have the selection that they have. It reminds me of the old time mercantile where you can get everything from corral gate hindges to computer network wire. The people are really great. They will bend over backward to get what you need. Most in less than 3 days if it's not...
