This was the nicest spa I have ever been to!! The amenities, beauty products and facilities were top notch. Andie greeted me and showed me around and she was super helpful, happy, and thorough in her introductions. Lisa was my massage therapist and did my body wrap and she is very personable, friendly and skilled at what she does. Definitely do a body treatment just so you can experience the 360 shower in the treatment room! Melinda did a manicure for me and she did an excellent job. I love the Dazzle Dry nail polish system that they use. I hope I remembered everyone’s names correctly, they were all great. The dry sauna, steam room, and whirlpool hot tub are extra perks. Get there 30 minutes earlier than you normally would so you can do the cleansing ritual before your treatment. I used the dry sauna before and the tub after but wish I had been early enough to do the whole ritual. Wish I could have taken photos but understandably, they ask for no cell phone use in the locker rooms. For this being a spa at a upscale hotel it was a horrible experience. First off we did a couples massage, we paid over $300 For 50 min of massage. Well when we were done it was more like 30 min with all the breaks in between. My wife hated the massage she received as he did not even massage like it should be done. He spent more time meditating then massaging. I spent more time under a hot towel then being massaged and the breaks were a lot, not sure if he was tired or what was going on. Would definitely come back and would recommend. The lady at the front was kind and accommodating. I tried the steam room, the sauna, the hot tub, and the the showers, complimentary hairdryer/snacks/shower aroma bomb/nail filers and mints.

The massage was good and so was the facial.
