Covet Bridal — Local services in Essex

I had wonderful time at my appointment at Covet on 12/14! I booked my appointment online after finding out that they carried a dress that I had fallen in love with on Pinterest!! Spoiler: it was the one! Even though I went in with the dress in mind, the consultant I worked with, Kyleigh, helped me try on different styles to make sure I was making a well rounded decision. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, and it was so beautiful and cozy in there! As well, I was the only bride in the store (I booked the first appointment in the morning), so it felt even more intimate! Zoey was also there and her input was so insightful and definitely helped me with my decision! I was able to also take my time, didn't once feel rushed, and overall just had a very memorable experience. I truly felt listened to and supported. You can tell these ladies care about their brides! I'm aching to try my dress on again, but in the meantime I can relax knowing that what can be a very overwhelming experience, was one of the best days of my bridal journey...

I had an amazing experience finding my veil with Covet Bridal! I looked at their veil inventory online (all stunning) and decided to call to make an appointment so I could look at a few of my favorites. When I let Zoe know that I live out of state, she immediately offered to send me a video of each veil so I wouldn't have to make a trip to the shop. I sent a photo of my gown to see if she had any professional opinions on which veil might look best with the style of my dress-- come to find out, they had my dress in stock, so Zoe sent me photos wearing my dress with the veils! From the moment I starting speaking on the phone with her for scheduling, through my whole appointment, and working with her afterward, I felt Zoe’s thoughtfulness and genuine commitment for me to find the dress that would make me look and feel the way I wanted to.
