DOLLAR TREE — Local services in Esto

The store manager is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Dollar Tree must really be needing help or a least investigate the complaints they get about her. Store vendors say the same thing about her awfulness. She makes you believe that your the lucky one if she waits on you. While she's putting up stock she's on her cell phones with personal calls. Even if you make eye contact with this lady she will totally look through you like your not even there. I'm guessing that the Dollar Tree policy is that any old warm body will do, as long as she comes to work gets her paperwork and deposits done in a timely matter that's all she needs to do. I would hate to have to work for this women your girls don't look happy and beat down and again I know this falls on deaf ears cause nothing will be done. I'm a customer that on a given month I spend 300.00 to 350.00 in your store now as of the last go around I am going back to the Dollar General the girls there are friendly and are well done in customer service ... for that you will spend money there. The cashier staff at your Dollar Tree in Esto Florida are very friendly and really try hard with there customer service to please the customer. The mood to me in the store when your manager is there is terrible if she's not there it's a much more warm and relaxed atmosphere. There's no doubt you will have a revolving door with your help...
