Friendly Ice Cream Shop & Lottery — Restaurant in Esto

We are regulars here almost every Sunday. Ice cream and selections are great in my opinion. Service is usually great until last Sunday there was another lady working. She was miserable, obviously because she had to do, well, anything! Almost as if it was an inconvenience for her to serve us the ice cream. Not to mention the rude comments made with customers in store. All we heard was “it’s 7:30 and I still have to clean and these people want a milkshake this late” Not to mention when I turned in my scratch offs, she scanned them with one hand dropping each one, missing about $200 in winnings. (Oh, I asked her to re-scan)

IF you don’t want to work there and do your job, then move on, but don’t be rude and messy with doing what you are being paid to do right now. For your customers.

I will be back, for the ice cream, and my fingers will be crossed in hopes that this particular lady...

Nice little stop just after coming in from Alabama otw to Panama city for a mid afternoon cool ice cream treat. Was 1st time shopping here and hoped/thought it was gonna be local or homemade, but it's blue bell... but still yummy. FWIW, they also sell lotto tickets abs seem to have petty good luck according to all the winnings posted...
