This review is intended for the owner of this business. I purchased slices of your cakes originally from one of your brick and mortar store fronts and was very satisfied with the product and services. However, my experience at your airport location pales incomparison. The 1 star rating is due to the terrible attitude and customer service received from your airport staff member (Black man darker complexion with a medium sized afro) staff like him can affect your brand negatively. Issue- Lack knowledge of Product. When I asked the cashier/sales person what flavor were the whole cakes in the display case. I was polite when I asked a question, but he responded with an attitude. To make matters worse, he was sitting down and talking on the phone (at least, that’s what I presume) when I approached.
