First purchase here but it sure won't be my last. Called and asked about inventory, they informed me of their product line and the differences between brands. They asked how I would be using the mower and made recommendations on my usage needs. They qouted me a very competitive price and added the accessories that I wanted. They gave me a time that the mower would be ready and as promised it was ready when I pulled in the parking area. They went over all the details of the mower to make sure I was comfortable with the mower before leaving. They handled all the warranty paperwork and included everything I needed for the 1st oil change. You couldn't ask for better...
