Their meat is awful. Or maybe I got a bad batch idk? But I bought some sirloins. Which I kept in my freezer and dethawed by putting in the fridge. Soon as it thawed it was already gray in color and when I opened it, it smelled terrible. Just smelled like straight rye grain. So super obvious they were fed grain rather than grass. Or at minimum grain finished. Although I still don’t understand how the smell of the meat could be that powerful smelling of grain soon as opened the package after thawing. I also noticed they don’t put any package date so who knows how old these steaks were. Maybe I just got the old ones they were trying to get rid of before trashing, idk, but they were terrible for steaks coming from a butcher where you’d expect better quality.

I have now went to Spring Creek Meats, and these Sirloins look 10x better. As well as have no gross grain smell and taste great. And they put the package date so you know exactly how old the cuts are. Definitely using them 100% of the time over Innovative. I’m so confused how they have good reviews if their meat is regularly...

Years back when we lived in Estes we came down and got a suckling pig for xmas. It was fantastic. We now live in Greeley and went by to check them out and get a price sheet. Picked up some pork chops, they were incredible. We placed an order for the small bundle. They had it ready within an hour. When we picked it up we also ordered half a pig. Everything in our bundle has been great. The wife and I are now loyal customers. The 2 ladies in the office nice and helpful and the gentleman that helped us was great too. If you're looking for quality meat I highly recommend them. Can't wait for our pig and thinking about getting some porterhouses and bone in ribeyes. They...

Fantastic! I'm only reviewing the "retail meat" as I've had no experience with their processing service. Our purchase included 2 tenderloin fillets, bacon, and cheddar jalapeno brats. We had the fillets for Valentines day and they were FANTASTIC! I've never had such a great quality piece of meat. The bacon was great as well, very thick almost looked like ham. The brats were to die for, just the right amount of flavor. If you someone who maybe orders from Omaha steaks or try to get some quality meat from the deli counter, you can just STOP. As long as they keep serving up quality meat I will be a lifetime...
