The Rush Event Center — Restaurant in Evans

We went tonight around 8pm first time in. We had a coupon for BOGO mini golf we also got go kart tickets and batting cages. The blonde at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional not only rolling her eyes and making faces of annoyance and disgust because I asked for my other mini golf ticket but then proceeded not to explain that I was then going to walk all the way to the mini golf area just to realize I needed to walk back hand her my mini golf ticket back just to get the to get the ball. The mosquitos were out of control BRING YOUR BUG SPRAY! We could not even finish mini golf due to being attacked by them. The only positive experience was the go karts. Stopped by here on Saturday mid morning/early afternoon with the kids for some go-karting after learning of the place. Place is nice, clean, and was not busy at all. Actually fairly empty. Go karts had no one riding, so we looked into ticket purchasing. Pricing is higher than what I expected. I understand operating costs, insurance, etc. Individual tickets were $9 each rider. They had some bulk packages, but it still broke out to a per rider ticket. I would have liked to see some sort of timed pass with unlimited rides during the period. Their arcade selection is pretty sparse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I might go back in the future, but I would definitely need to budget for this. Hopefully, they expand and add more...

We hosted my son’s birthday party at The Rush a couple of years ago, and even though our go-kart plans got rained out, the party was still a huge success! We had leaned into a race car theme, and thankfully the arcade room fit the vibe perfectly. The staff was amazing, so prepared, helpful, and made sure the kids still had an incredible time despite the change of plans. Honestly, a go-kart party with no go-karts shouldn’t have worked, but thanks to the indoor space and great team, it absolutely did.

This review is long overdue! I just found the go-kart tickets they gave us as a rain check, and we’re finally planning to come back and use them! Can’t wait to return after such a great first experience....
