TightKnit Brewing Co — Restaurant in Greeley

Im really disappointed! My wife took the time to check out this places menu and thought I'd like it. So we went out on a date night when we didn't have kiddos. We sat a table directly across from the bar where both bartenders clearly saw us. My wife and I watched both bartenders talk to the 1 couple and the 1 gentleman at the bar for over half an hour. We listened to them talk about all kinds of things while not one of them even said hello. Its not like they could have missed me or my pregnant wife. I kept turning around and making eye contact with the female bartender in the Packers jersey, and still nothing. Even the gent sitting at the table next to us was like have they greeted you, and obviously not. We sat and sat until a group of 4-5 ladies walked in, which immediately the male bartender stopped his conversation and walked over to them and asked how he could help them within, no joke, 45 seconds of them walking in. After that, I guess my money wasn't good enough to be there so we walked out in shame, and the only thing worse than that was we couldn't get a single second of recognition. So we walked across the street to the CHOPHOUSE where we were sat immediately and I easily spent $400 on dinner appetizers and a bottle of wine. So yeah I guess ill never try the BRIX again which is a shame because the beers sounded...

Not a good place for “alt” people; or anyone who enjoys memes.

Discriminated against me for “satanic pentagram” being on my FB page… 1. Pentagrams are not Satanic. 2. I am not a Satanist. 3. It was a meme I was tagged in… about Jennifer Tilly, in one of her roles. They had offered me a job, then later rescinded the offer with some random excuse. A week after, I ran into one of the owners while out and they began gushing about how guilty they felt about the “true reason” they didn’t hire me, then proceeded to bring up the “pentagram”. Randomly was told of a similar experience from somebody else just yesterday, which motivated me to leave this review. Really can’t recommend a place that lies & regularly discriminates against people for something so ridiculous. The meme...

These guys know what they're doing. Best brewery in Greeley, easy, and best real, traditional beer styles I've had in NoCo - no menu overflowing with IPA cheats or weird fruit sours and crap seltzers - but real beer, done proper, from a great Irish Red, Imperial Stouts and obligatory Mexican Lager to Pilsners in homage to traditional eastern European styles with a unique take. Plus a damn good Japanese style lager. Tap room is more like tables on the side of the brewing floor, with a small catering-style kegerator bar (plenty of taps tho), but its a cool, intimate beer scene I can appreciate, and study their setup or take in the wild NoCO weather while I sip a large Polish brewski.
