Hart Center — Local services in Fairfield Bay

Please read and consider it before you waste your money and pay for a membership at The Hart Center‼️ Today I had to cancel our family membership at the Hart Center, I am disgusted on how the management (D) handled a member that continuously harassed both myself and other members. The initial event happened when a member yelled at me in the pool area, stating that the pool is his and that I shouldn’t swim when he was in the pool. There were others in the area that stated they have complained to management about him in the past and nothing was done. I went to the front desk and complained and he knew exactly who I was talking about and said that he would talk to him and if it happened again, he would cancel his membership. From that point on I did everything in my power to avoid him but when he and I were in the pool area he would stare at me while I was walking around the pool and swimming. I finally felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to talk to the manager. Dave and I watched the video and he agreed that the member was staring at me and would bring it up at their meeting. On a short vacation, we decided to check out the amenities that was included in our stay. The kids were excited to swim and get in the Hot Tub at The Heart Center. When we entered there was an older blondish hair lady with glasses at the check in counter talking to some man (the entire time we were there). It was 3:10 and we were told the pool and hot tub was already closed. When we asked about playing Basketball Ball the older lady at the counter turned around, rolled her eyes and said “I need a vacation”. Very friendly employees with a variety of group classes. The swimming pool was uncrowded. I saw a jacuzzi and did not check it out. Locker rooms clean. Other patrons were polite. There's a walking trap on the upper floor. I used the free weights a little bit and none of the machines. There are a couple of nice big mirrors so you can check your form. Parking lot next to the center can get congested, but there are contiguous parking lots with a lot more space that I would recommend using to avoid pedestrian traffic. I would...
