I absolutely LOVED working with PromoSpark and I'm very much looking forward to working with them again. I did a ton of research into the most cost effective way to get my promotional product needs met before I came across PromoSpark. I assumed it would be cheaper for me to go through a bulk website vs a "middle man" because I didn't think the customer service was going to be worth any increase in price. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they get me what I needed cheaper, but they suggested more creative ways to accomplish what I was trying to do with these products. It was such a relief to be able to debate and deliberate with people who clearly know their stuff, rather than have the full weight of all these many little decisions all on my shoulders. In the end I was really happy with how my products turned out and they made the whole process painless. All for much less than what I was expecting to pay. They were also incredibly responsive and professional; I'm positive I'm not their biggest customer, but they treated me like I was. I HIGHLY recommend PromoSpark, and I will definitely be working...

I am the president of our local Fraternal Order of Police lodge. We have used PromoSpark for several events including fun runs, charity events and memorials. The designers are amazing and have created the perfect product every time. One shirt in particular was created to memorialize two fallen officers. I probably changed the design 20 times and they were extremely helpful and patient and ended up getting us an amazing design that is proudly worn throughout the country. The shipping is fast and the price can't be beat. I know that I am getting a quality products for a great price when working with PromoSpark. I have placed several large orders and have not once had a problem with anything. This is an A++++ company. Sarah is fantastic and so easy to work with. I called PromoSpark about shirts needed for an upcoming trade show and I was on a very short deadline. I spoke to Tom about my needs and his recommendations and then ordered the shirts to be delivered within 2 weeks to the trade show in FL. The order arrived in time and the shirts looked great. There was 1 issue with a women's shirt that was not in the original order & when I called customer service @ PromoSpark they created 1 additional shirt the same day and shipped it so that it arrived the next morning before the trade show began. Outstanding customer service!

All of my team members were extremely pleased with the shirts and the quality delivered with the first order, we decided to place a second order for another tradeshow that was attended in December.
