I can't recommend Sarah and Laney at Fresh Flower Bar enough!

I reached out to FFB to chat about wedding florals, and from our very first conversation, I knew I was in excellent hands. They took the time to truly listen, understand, and bring to life the ideas I struggled to articulate. The vibrant colors, whimsical textures, stunning variety of flower species, and the perfect variation of heights in the bouquets and floral clouds for both the ceremony and cocktail hour were nothing short of extraordinary. They completely transformed our venue into something beyond what I could have ever imagined.

A special shoutout to Laney for her prompt, professional, and incredibly kind communication throughout the entire process. She was always there for last-minute Zoom meetings, helping me coordinate the bridesmaids’ dresses with the flowers. At our final venue walkthrough, she was beyond prepared, bringing taper candles, ceramic bud vases, ribbons, hardware—everything! She created a mock-up of the future table centerpieces which was such a thoughtful touch and made all the difference, especially for me (a bride dealing with decision fatigue). Laney made me feel understood and cared for, not just as a client but as a person!

Even now, over a week later, people are still raving about how breathtaking the floral arrangements were. I feel so fortunate to have had Fresh Flower Bar in my corner, and I’m incredibly grateful for their patience, creativity, and attention to detail. We placed an order with Fresh Flower Bar a month in advance for a memorial service for a beloved member of the local community. They agreed to deliver the flowers the day before the service so the catering company could set up their service with the arrangements. When we arrived to the memorial to get set up, we were told Fresh Flower Bar never delivered the order, and they were not answering the phone. We had to call Hansen’s Flower Shop 45 minutes before service started to ask for an emergency rush order, and thankfully they were able to make those arrangements and deliver to the location immediately (and all for a significantly lower cost than FFB charged us.) Literally the minute the service began, Fresh Flower Bar finally reached out to me with the excuse that they “wrote down” our order and it was “stuck behind another piece paper”, so they never made it because they forgot we placed one to begin with. My advice is if you decide to give your business to Fresh Flower Bar, you double and triple check that they are actually going to fulfill the order, and don’t bother with their delivery because there’s a possibility your order will be magically lost behind another...

Sarah was just amazing! We had made plans for her to do the florals for my wedding prior to COVID and at a different venue. When the venue changed 40 days out Sarah was very adaptable and met me at the new location to scope out and plan new florals, which had to be drastically altered given the new space. She did an amazing job sprucing up Brewport and making it local magical with lights and garland. The aisle she created for our ceremony was perfect and the arch we got married under was beautiful. It did not feel like a brewery game room at all. The bouquets for the girls were all beautiful and she did perfect flower crowns for some young (1 and 3 year old) flower girls, which they loved and did not find uncomfortable at all. The boutonnieres had magnets for attaching to the guys' lapels which was genius and the first time I had seen this! They were great and stayed put all night. I cannot wait to go to one of her flower arranging classes and will definitely be using her again in the future! ...
