So far I am loving this Corner Market. After officially opening a few weeks ago, it's still slowly opening. Their hours currently are from 7AM to 3PM Mon - Saturday; however the cashier mentioned the owners have plans to extend the hours to 7PM once they gain their footing. Despite this, when I stopped by today for lunch, the place was packed, so it's safe to say this market is already a popular attraction around here. The Corner Market has two 'sections' in it's building, one section that is more of a cafe and one section that is more of a market. The market section has a wide variety of grocery items, such as fresh-cut sandwich meat, milk, eggs, soy sauce, candy, ramune, ice cream, chips, just to give an idea as to the wide variety. There is no produce, but as someone who lives in the area I'm excited to have someplace nearby to pick up pantry staples in a pinch! In one fridge, it looks like they will eventually offer family dinner options that you can cook at home, however as of right now that's not available. The other part of the Corner Market is the cafe section, where you can order food, pastries, flatbread pizzas, coffee, and sit down to enjoy it all with complimentary wifi. I visited the Corner Market for lunch and ordered the 'OG Chicken Sammie', which I thought was quite tasty but messy. The current menu is attached to this review. Overall, I am quite excited to see what's next in store for this little market, especially once their hours...
Read moreI LOVE Corner Market!! Their coffee is AMAZING! My favorite coffee in Connecticut! I highly recommend the Sweater Weather Iced Latte (Hazelnut & Caramel)! It's a great place to do some work or catch up with a friend. I wish they would allow you to customize your egg sandwiches with fried eggs rather than scrambled ones. Otherwise, all of their food is fresh and a great quick bite to eat. Their cookies are amazing! All of the employees are super sweet. The location is clean and in the summer they open up the doors to...
Read moreThe Corner Market is really starting to hit its stride. Now one of three go-to places for coffee and breakfast in the area, imho. I haven't been there for lunch yet, but I've bought some nice groceries and prepared foods from their cold case. Some of the negative reviews appear to trace back to their first few weeks, when they were still working out the kinks. Now it's REALLY GOOD! Greenfield Hill needs to embrace this place. Excellent coffee and brek sandwiches alone will keep me...
