I did not know what was wrong with my computer but I knew it either needed fixed, replaced or a meeting with a sledgehammer! I looked at the reviews for Virtual Dimensions Inc. and thought I would give them a try. It is hard to find someone who is professional and that you can trust when you hand over your computer! Well, I found them and I am so glad I did. I am no longer considering a sledgehammer for my computer! They were able to diagnose and fix my issue the same day and charged me a lot less than I thought they would! My dad thought he needed a new computer, and being 87 he asked me to get him a new one. This company was recommended to me so I brought it here to purchase a new one and transfer over existing hard drive to the new machine. After a thoughtful conversation with Trevor he recommended a new hard drive only. He didn't try to upsell but instead provided straightforward honest information as to the quality of the existing computer. All it really had for issues were all in the hard drive. This is definitely my go to place with any computer issues. First, my cooling fan had to be replaced, and at the time, they told me that it still had other problems with the sluggishness. I knew it was running slow. then the very next day, my hard drive bit the dust. I was afraid that I would have to purchase a new laptop, but right now was not the time for me to have that expense so close to Christmas. But Trevor and Scott came through by installing a new hard drive. They go above and beyond. They are great about making suggestions and they also got me up and running again within just a few days.
