We've been loyal customers of Fairfield House of Pizza for many years, drawn to its charm as a local, family-owned business. The couple who owns and runs the place has always been kind and pleasant, which made it a joy to support them. However, after not ordering for a few years, our recent experience left much to be desired.Tonight, we ordered two Steak Bomb Sandwiches, expecting the same good value and quality we remembered. To our shock, the total came to $32, which felt steep. I brushed it off as my mistake for not checking the price beforehand, but the real disappointment was the food itself. The meat was dry, the rolls were hard, and the onions and green peppers tasted like they were cooked separately in a microwave—far from the fresh, flavorful subs we used to love. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in quality, especially from a place we’ve supported for so long. For now, I’d recommend checking prices and maybe sticking to their pizza or...

He'll do it this one time but wont do it again. So when I went into pick up my food I asked him why? Owners response: (Giggles) it's too much work. My response: It's to much work to take a piece of bread and put turkey, pickles and olives on it? I said you wouldn't want to do my job, nor should you own a sandwich shop if it's too much work to make sandwiches!!! He told me thats how he runs his buisness and I said well your going to loose customers that way, he didn't care he told me they was too much of a headache anyways😮 I am blown away!!!!! Never EVER...
Read moreIn my first experience at this location, I bought a 3 topping pizza and picked up around 7:30pm. Got home and realized they didn't put any pizza sauce on it. If they did, it must have dried up in the oven. I understand mistakes happen, so I didn't stress it too much. Today, I decided to try again and bought a large 2 topping pizza around the same time. This time around, the toppings were ok, but the dough was very hard to chew. I hurt my teeth when I bit into it. I'm really not trying to be petty. I am only stating the facts. The experience has been terrible. The food isn't cheap so you would think you would get what you pay for. Had to throw away the entire pizza as it wasn't edible for human...
