i never write reviews, but everyone needs to be warned about this place. the worse experience i have EVER had at a hair salon. i went in a few months ago because i had heard such great things about this place, so i decided to try it out. i wanted to go completely platinum blonde on my entire head. i was there for 6 hours and they charged me 200$ for NOTHING. my hair looked exactly the same except for a white skunk stripe underneath (picture attached). on top of it all, my hair was extremely damaged from the process and looked exactly the same other than the stripe. i decided to go back and ask them to fix it considering it was not what i wanted at all and they barley did anything close to what i asked for. they were extremely rude when i asked them to fix it and gave me attitude, so i gave it right back and told them i needed this fixed. i should’ve been offered a refund and i also should have gone to someone else to fix it, but instead i was offered no refund and i gave them a second chance. big mistake. these people tried to foil my hair to fix the mess they made underneath, failed miserably, and CHARGED ME AGAIN another 50$ for what they “fixed”! i will never go to this place EVER again, and i highly recommend you don’t either. after this i went to hair solutions and they gave me exactly what i wanted with healthier hair and a much better price. i still go to hair solutions to this day. go there, and not to this place!...

I love Kassie's work. It's been near 10 years she's been doing my hair and Dawn and Ivy's salon has clearly become home. A beautiful building with several professionals providing a large variety of services. A family environment that reminds me much of the salon I went to as a child. Stylists care about clients and you can always overhear old friends catching up and swapping stories. The staff is obviously taking the necessary added precautions with COVID-19. I would not have gone if I would have felt unsafe about it. Extra disinfectant at every station, masks required and masks on site if you're getting a chemical service that may stain or bleach cloth masks. I didn't see any run away noses either. Highly recommend! Go treat yourself today and stay...
