I'm very disappointed in this place I was a repeat customer not any more now. My husband and I purchased a sectional in May was told 2-3 weeks for deliver. A month went by to then be told one piece was on back order not one staff called to make me aware of this, then told us by 6/27 it will be in the store and have 3-5 business days to deliver from 6/27, well we had to wait until July 9th just to get an answer as to when we would get the furniture so after calling more than once to see what the deal was. Then finally they delivered today and took another customers piece instead and had to go back to get the right piece, The complete lack of communication and care for customer service is disgusting after all said and done they only took off 200.00 mind you this sectional was not cheap, and they couldn't wait to bursh us off, we had to wait 2 months for our furniture and be jerked around like we were. I will never shop here again they claim there motto is " We value our customers" is clearly not true please think before buying something...

Within a week at my house, the middle of the bed was sinking and gave me crazy back Pain. I’m now going to see a physical therapist to help with my back issues due to this mattress situation. I reached out to modern furniture several times until they sent a tech to inspect the mattress. He came take some pictures and notes. Then a few hours later, the sales associate followed up with me about the inspection. It’s was a Friday. He promised to call back on Monday to confirm the replacement of my mattress. I even offered to purchase another one. Anyway, it has been over four weeks, I never heard back from anyone from the MODERN FURNITURE STORE. I understand you are not a big franchise, but I assume you want good reviews and returning customers., I’m very disappointed and annoyed with this situation. Read moreBEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Terrible experience. My fiance and I bought from here and the couch was defective. Took so long for us to contact the man in charge due to him never being available. Once we did come in contact with this man he settled the issue by telling us he would let us get the credit for something else in the store because they don't give refunds. Why would we want something else? Well we did compromise and tried to take up the offer in store. That was a joke! Ended up not being able to get anything at all. Now we are stuck with a broken couch that we spent over $600 for!! Smh... hope this helps you make the right choices and not stuck in a situation...
