They started it at the store it never came in a box it was a used saw, and not by me. If unpackaged and started by the store would make it a used product not new like they claim And then claim I used it when I haven't even got a chance to even start it. refuse me a return then treated me like a criminal watching there doors to make sure I don't come back and that I leave and never gave me a manger that could resolve the issue .
