Went here a year ago and asked for some help to design a front yard and maybe get a contact for someone to do some weekly maintenance. They took down my information and we waited. Almost a year goes by and we finally get a call. They are willing to waive the usual fee for design (Never told of a fee) if we would be available the following day for the owner to come by and design our yard. No thank you. I have a life also. Never got another call back. Next time I went there I have an issue with a fruit tree. I took a leaf in to get it diagnosed as to issues and the type of fruit tree. My mistake on taking a leaf into a nursery. Which I was immediately chastised for, by the owner. Never told what type of tree it could have come from. The owner said it was aphid damage. Later that day I spent an hour looking for aphids on the tree or eggs and found nothing. The owner said that I need to spray the tree every day. I Asked what I should spray the tree with and got no answer. I did want to buy another tree that was not available at the other nursery that I went to so I bared through the condescending attitude. Asked questions about that tree and good thing that she was able to Google the info. Noticed that she treated her employees the same way, so not feeling like it was personal. This review that is way overdue. Early spring of last year I purchased 2 rose bushes but one never bloomed. Not only did Tammy refund my money she also told me to pick another rose bush plus threw in a couple other items we were planning to purchase. Who does that nowadays?!
