Wish I could give a zero Star. I'm a resident of Fallon. I've served as an MP I'm the army, worked as a police officer and EMS agent. An avid gun owners and enthusiast. This is my 2nd time in here and my first experience want all that great so I thought I would give it some time. I was looking at a .22 revolver for my boys and maybe another side arm for myself. The owners son told me when I took the cylinder out to see if it was easy or difficult, oh don't take the gun apart of they won't sell to you here. I told him that I wanted to see if it was easy or hard to do, makes the decision wether I want it or not. The kid says it doesn't matter. I told him that "I used to be an armorer in the military and that I wouldn't break it I wasn't disassembling the firearm I simply wanted to see if the reloading process was easy or harder for my kids. He replied, that doesn't matter, they will ask you to leave. I told him that I didn't appreciate being talked to like a child by a child and that they just lost a sale and walked out. If my children talked to an adult that way I would be embarrassed. I didn't even bother to tell his father how ride is kid was because I felt like he would take his son's side anyways. Who knows with the apple and the tree thing anyways. I'll never go back there and patronize...

The lady on the telephone was very nice and told me everything I needed to know So I drove down there 2 days later to have my order placed and fill out my background check So the weapon would be already on order and on the way when I returned Friday after my deposit to turn in my form, and pay for everything, but between the hateful disrespectful trumpette signs adorning the place and the curt, mean toned, almost outright disrespect Rotund man who barely fits behind the counter and his bad attitude towards me and already having been lied to on the phone and made to drive down there 150 mile round trip to the only Mossberg dealer anywhere, I decided to Never give a dime of my money to anyone like that and Never returned. I wonder if all the "nice friendly local gun store" reviews are all Faked..... NO SALE ! See if you can eat your bad attitude before you can't even fit behind that...

Have you ever been to a place that just sucks all together? From selection to prices to customer service everything is just way below average? Well this store lives up to all of it. The guy who runs it is by far the most RUDE, ARROGANT AND IMPATIENT person I have ever met. He puts down Active Duty military. He never has time to help a person look at guns because "he has other customers to take care of and doesn't have time to look." The guy is definitely a JOKE. But it's weird because no one is ever in the store. Their prices are a lot higher than any other store. I can't figure out how they're still in business?? If another gun store were to come into that town this place would fold instantly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS place unless you like being talked down, rushed into buying something and RIPPED OFF. This place is JOKE and shouldn't be allowed to stay...
