I’m extremely disappointed with Waste Pro’s service, especially when it comes to holiday pickups. They regularly skip trash collection on certain holidays, even ones that aren’t listed on their schedule or publicly acknowledged. There’s no notice, no update, and no communication whatsoever—just missed service and overflowing cans left. I’ve called their customer service multiple times to ask what’s going on, and just keep getting told that they’re going to check cameras, but nobody ever gets back to me. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for a service that you can’t rely on, especially when you’re left guessing whether or not they’re coming. Waste Pro needs to do a much better job of communicating schedule changes and honoring their commitment to consistent pickup. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for dependable trash service. Over the last 9 years I've had them a few times and there’s always issues. I was really hoping this time they had their act together, but I guess not. I will be going to a different service company.
After I called and cancel, the office lady said this is the first time they have heard from me. I've attached a phone log showing the many times I've called them about this one recent issue. What a joke...
Read moreMy trash was not picked up so I contacted company. The rep advised they would pull up video and call me back same day as to what happened. I never received call back. I called back following day and spoke with the same rep who didn’t recall our conversation. Instead she complained about how busy she was. Regardless, she ended up pulling video while I was talking to her advising she sees our driveway and doesn’t see trash. I advised our neighbors our family and I take both cans out night before pickup and there’s was picked up. She was explaining what she was looking at and I advised she had incorrect location pulled up. She decided to be short and rude and really didn’t care. I replied to her we pay for the service and she’s telling me it is what it is? We have a trash can sitting full at the end of the drive way. She said “ you win. you beat me. I will have someone come out today” then she disconnected the call. I use to work in customer service and was extremely disappointed in the service. If I said that to someone or treated someone that way I would have lost my job… Waiting to see if they really send someone out to pick up our trash today June...
Read moreThese people are the worst. None of them know what they’re talking about and they will give you a different quotes every time. If you’re friends with them they’ll give you your service for free if not they raise your prices every few months. They’ll also state that they try to contact you several times when that certainly isn’t the case. I had an issue for the last two months on canceling my account however I have not had a return response via email or phone message and have had to call over 10 times to speak to a supervisor. Once I informed them and showed them the emails from the inaccurate quotes as well as the information from their reps who have no idea what they’re talking about I was able to then cancel my services. I would certainly recommend taking your own trash to the dump rather than waste pro in Fanning as well as every employee that works at their department is a joke you’re just wasting your money if they even charge you or they charge you twice as much whatever your case maybe again every account and every case...
