Arctic Audio — Local services in Fargo

I've never had to post a review like this in my life, but unfortunately this business did everything possible to get me to do it.

Over a month ago, I reached out to Arctic Audio to get a quote for a home installation, and initially it was fairly easy to set up an appointment. They seemed interested in my business and they gave every indication that they can accommodate me.

About a week later, the owner and a few workers showed up to my house as scheduled to assess what equipment would be required. The process went pretty well even though the owner was miffed that I was transparent about shopping around with two other businesses as well, but I looked past it.

Before he left, he said that he would have quote ready the next day. After a few days passed with no quote, I called the business and was then notified by him that it would be ready the next week. There was no attempt at communication from the business a month later.

Finally, I stopped by to get some clarification on the status, and the owner claimed that he has no time for my business. If this is true (maybe a grudge inexplicably developed from shopping around), then why did they even bother with coming over to my house over a month ago?

TLDR - Arctic Audio is deceiving with availability, and will not hesitate to drop all...

Went in for questions regarding paneling, the owner wasn’t very nice to answer my questions he was more interested in bragging about all the knowledge he knows rather than to answer my questions. He was very disrespectful and made me feel very small, like if I was a bother. Especially when I was willing to spend money in his store. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I have had nothing but problems with my sound system for 13 years. Midco didn’t know how to get the system working and recommended Arctic Audio. I called them and they were beyond nice. They came over right away and In 30 minutes they had everything working. I have music throughout my house just in time for Christmas. I love these guys! I highly recommend them as they are definitely the best...
