I purchased an upright Frigidaire freezer for just under $700 on 10/27/2018. The unit stopped working in March 2020. I called Karl's and spoke with the salesman who sold me the product and he became defensive stating "we can't do anything about it and we haven't had any freezers in stock for 3 months." I asked politely what my options were and he said "call the manufacturer" ,"you will get further with them than I will". I asked if he had a number for Frigidare and he put me on hold and a woman answered. I explained why I was transferred to her and she provided a number. I did call the manufacturer and they only provide a one year warranty. What ever happened to pleasant customer service from a local vendor and standing behind a product? I will not likely purchase again from Karl's and I will not buy Frigidare products in the future. Durable goods that last just over 1 1/2 years are garbage. UPDATE: 6/13/2020. Read morePurchased a washing machine end of Aug and by Jan it was screeching so I called, they scheduled a guy which was then rescheduled because he was out. Once he showed up he said he had to replace a part which took several weeks to get then was scheduled to come out and then rescheduled again because the tech was gone yet again! Washing machine is still screeching so he has been back to "verify" and then replaced the same part again after a month of waiting just to have the washing machine not work at all after the tech left! Comes back 2 days later and fixes nothing then says he will come back Monday morning and never shows up! Tuesday comes and he is here for 20 min to tell me that yet another part needs to be replaced and nothing is fixed! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My washer has been broken longer than it has worked and I still don't have a working machine! I have been trying to get this...

I started out purchasing a grill for my patio from Karl's and I had such a great experience from their knowledgable sales staff and professional management that I have continued to buy not only the essentials from my outdoor setting, but also all of my indoor needs as well. Everything from my TV's, Kitchen appliances as well as my laundry set and really anything that I can knowing that it will be a smooth process from purchasing to install and delivery! They're top notch with any warranty issues that may come up I know if I ever have any problems after the purchase that the customer service rep will be there to take care of any problems in a timely fashion.
