Had a Compustar Pro R5 remote start system installed in my Wife's 4Runner. I had called a couple other places that install this same system and most of them seemed to be bothered that I even called them asking for info and pricing. Called Audio Garage and they took the time to explain their pricing and the difference between each model. They also set expectations for how the system would work with my specific vehicle as the Compustar interface with the Toyota Push to Start system is unable to use Take Over to keep the car running when the door is open. This is common with the Toyota Push to Start system not an issue with the Compustar. Even though they were a little more than the other places I felt more comfortable having them do the install. You can tell when a company cares and when they don't by the initial conversation you have with them. When my wife picked up the vehicle they took the time to go over all the system functions and make sure she was comfortable with everything before she left. Coming from a family of motorheads and mechanics, I checked over where things were installed such as under the dash, under the hood etc. The install was very clean and professional. It wasn't just thrown under the dash and zip-tied up in a big lump of wires. They seem to understand the importance of good work and good customer service which is getting very hard to find these days. As they say, you get what you pay for and we'll definitely be returning and recommending The Audio Garage....

2019 Silverado 2500 Crew Cab, First time owning a sounds system kit for my vehicle and couldn't be happier. Such an easy experience especially going into it blind. When I inquired I was reached out to IMMEDIATELY. Caleb was great we started off with a couple phone calls and ended up texting with questions which is very fruitful because you can really take the time to be specific about things when texting and can respond when you available, because we all know we are busy and phone tag is a nightmare. Caleb asked for my intentions for the sound system and gave me a few different options that he thought to be suitable. Caleb was very knowledgeable with the hardware available and what would work best with my vehicle, which was a blessing because if I am investing xxx amount of money into my vehicle I want it to be up to my standards. It was also relieving to hear that they have worked on my model of vehicle a lot of times which is very reassuring nothing bad would happen in the process. Another great thing too is if they don't have something on hand it doesn't take long to get it, especially post covid when things take longer to deliver, it only took 1 or 2 days to get my sub box in. First off, I purchased a JL Audio Stealthbox from Audio Garage for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. To start, I'd like to say nothing but great things about this place. If you want great information with no bull** about recommendations for your particular vehicle, Caleb is the man the talk to. He's very knowledgeable on audio equipment and even if he doesn't know the answer to your question right away he will work tirelessly to be the best of help he can be. Grade A+ customer service!! Secondly, to the install team. I am a pretty picky person and was worried a bit about marking up my brand new 2020 pickup. Fast forward to the install being done. I could not be happier. Very clean install! These guys seriously know how to take care of you. They treated my vehicle like it was their own and I will DEFINITELY be back for anything else I need in the future!
