I visited Steep Me A Cup Of Tea today, hoping to find Ashwagandha or any blend that includes Ashwagandha. When I inquire about the ingredient, I noticed it wasn't on the label. I asked the woman how I could be sure it was included, and unfortunately, the response I received was not only unhelpful but hostile. The woman insisted the ingredient was in the blend but could not provide evidence or clarification. When I calmly questioned this further, I was yelled at and asked to leave the shop. This experience was both unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my husband. Transparency about ingredients is crucial to customers, especially those with dietary restrictions or allergies. Additionally, treating customers with courtesy should be a standard in any business. Sadly, this was not my experience here. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and considers improving their labeling and customer service practices. If the store or products don't have a specific ingredient, it's crucial to be honest about it. The woman was pushing me to buy something that clearly didn't contain what I needed, yelling at a customer and say Get Out is not professional or right. I would go online and get my ingredients and blends.

Read moreMy wife stopped here on a whim as I was trying to go the tea route in an effort to stop drinking energy drinks. She came home and surprised me with the gift and all she told me was "you need to go there and meet these people". Prior to this, I had only had chamomile and green tea, in the pouches. I made the trip and was greeted by the lady working the second I opened the door (sorry, I'm bad with names). I had no clue where to start or what I wanted. She kept asking me about my taste profile, I didn't know I had one. After quite a few smells, a couple samples, and a lifetime's worth of info on each tea, I had my tea in hand and out the door I went. She took the time to guide me and I couldn't of been happier with what I brought home. This all took place about 6 months ago, the last time I had an energy drink. I highly recommend Chillax--d and Mango Berry Black Tea.
These people are the real deal, they know every last detail about everything in the store. Although I'm certain they didn't invent tea, the person that did must be a...
Read moreVisited 'Steep Me A Cup of Tea' store today with a friend. A lot of tea selections to buy and most have smelling samples. Certain teas you were able to have made for you to try. Very clean place and organized. Customer service was prompt and informative but not as friendly as is hoped. They also sell honey, mints, tea pots, tea holders, tea dishes, etc. Little spots to sit and chat while drinking but wish there was more. I also wish they also made coffee, boba teas, and chai drinks there. And that their decor had colored walls instead of stark white like a pharmacy. I don't just want to get in and out, I want to stay awhile and relax. 😊
I will return...
