Called about a car beginning of September to be exact a Pontiac g8 got a pre approved loan and was ready to drive down after geting my paper work straight then called to make a appt to check the car out I was promised that Felipe or Philip will text me the address and phone number whom I had the appointment with which he never texted me the information so I called about 4 times then finally they verbally gave me the information smh so I said if everything is good I’ll buy the car as we were discussing price the boss did not want to work with me for having to drive 250+miles plus to pick the car up eventually after a day I got the correct funds for the price he had given to me then was told that someone put a deposite on it then waited a extra couple days because person with the deposit was still trying to get funds on the final day they told me that the guy was there to buy the car I said call me if you sell it I called before closing and asked Felipe or Philip what is happening is the car gone so I was told the car was purchased sorry blah blah blah so now it’s october and I’m writing this review and I see the Pontiac g8 Stryker blue on the website again and I had a cousin call to inquire about it and was told they still had the Pontiac g8 and when questioned the car like the fact that he seen the car on the listing in september then was taken off for about a week then put back on October was it returned or something the salemen said someone was suppose to purchase it from Oregon but never purchased it told the salesmen ok there might be something fishy about it right I’m pretty sure they were just being shady salesmen to me they were dishonest and unhelpful this establishment should be ashamed they got caught lying to a client why would you lie to a customer about selling the car and then put it back on the listing a couple days after this dealership needs a buyers beware label don’t waste your time here if you want to spend your hard earned money these cars are way to overpriced for the mileage of the vehicle I only say this because if the car was purchased it should says 2owner on the car fax which is dosent but if it did then the buyer returned it for a mechanical problem so this review is for the owner of the establishment and Felipe or Philip you two are a cold piece of work and for that I must say how shady can this dealership be? Pretty shady. I don’t recommend this place for the face of being lied...

This place is a joke! I walk in to this dealer ship in Lindsay which is the same place as Farmersville to buy a toy hauler and the first sales man had no clue about the trailer they where selling. I then called the place and talk to the owner on negotiating a set price for the purchase of the trailer. He would not even consider droping the price, which is ok. A day went buy and I stop in on my lunch hour to let them now I was going to buy it. I was talking to Felipe and told them that I needed a purchase order from them and that I was approve for the loan, not only that they askin for my s/n # and my driver license. Felipe called me on 10-18-17 to tell me the loan company called them to confirm the purching price and at that time I told him I was aproved and the loan was good to go. I let him know that the loan company was sending me the paperwork and I was going to buy it. I received my loan documents Friday afternoon looked them over and signed them. On 10-23-17 I went to the UPS store to have the paperwork ship next day delivery to the loan company. I then email them to let them now that same day that I was waiting for them to send me the funds. On 10-24-17 they responded to my email late afternoon to tell me the trailer was sold. Really! They couldn't even give me a courtesy call!! You...

I went to 3 other car dealerships before I came here. I was very hesitant, because of the google reviews. When I walked in I immediately felt more comfortable. Albert was helpful, understanding, and accommodating. He stayed almost 2 hours later than they're open just to help me out. He got me the exact car I was looking for with easy payments. The other staff was just as nice, and helpful as well. They were extremely personable, talkative, but most of all understanding. This place is really here to help you, not hinder you. If you take care of your car you won't have any problems. They'll tell you the same thing! It's a worthy investment to shop here, and it's an uplifting experience actually being listened to. They aren't forcing anything on you. They want what's best, and works best for you. I'd highly recommend them to anyone,...
