Kroger — Local services in Farmington Hills

Got up here today at Krogers@25780 Middlebelt,11mile.Sunday, morning Sept12th. online said they open at 6am.So they said as of today 7am,Not even recpectful.The other employee didn't,even know.Standing here out side looking at my app.and it changed in front of my eyes to 8Am. only this store. Customers need,to have a heads- up.Then one of the employees tried to school me its been posted a week. But customers looking on the door,nothing No notice.Your employees need to learn how to be kind, Not everyone,is hostle. So I give you 1✡ How you talked to customers I said ok,didn't talk back.Or nothing.Its not really that serious😐 So I was sitting on the bench waiting,til the store,open the employee,I thought he was going to sweep across,me.Now you all need to be kind to your customers,all of you employees.Rude today.What is going on at this store.That got you,guys&girls so rude. ⬇️⬇️___________________________

I locked my keys in my car yesterday at first i thought i brought them inside the store w me i looked for 20 min couldnt find em then realized i left them in the car. So i went inside to get some plungers(i heard they can open a window) lol so i asked a very nice older lady w grey hair and glasses that worked up front if i could use plungers and bring em back in she said sure u can "good luck" that didnt work long story short this employee was very nice the whole time. But there was another employee that was very RUDE not helpful and had kind of a "not my problem attitude, she was shorter heavier set w brown hair and a nose ring and worked behind the service desk. I had a few ppl in the parking lot help me during this ordeal. A nice lady named starr let me sit in her car until the locksmith came. Its nice to know there are some ppl like the nice helpful employee in kroger and starr but there also will be unfortunately not helpful unsympathetic and RUDE ppl like the other employee in krogers. I wish i could of got both employees names. If u need help dont ask the rude heavyset woman w a nose ring and brown hair behind the service desk, ask...

Nothing but bad experiences here, and today was the last straw. I don't expect Disney amounts of smiling and customer care but every time I check out at this location it feels as if the person working the lane woke up on the wrong side of the bed for 3 weeks straight. I had one woman do my entire transaction not saying a single word to me after having what seemed like a nice interaction with the woman before me. Another rolled her eyes about hard enough to dislodge them when I accidentally hit cancel while trying to do a card payment. Then today I tried moving the divider to go between me and the family behind me as a courtesy to them, but I guess you're not allowed to touch the divider because the woman working the check out literally yanked it out of my hand without a word. Then told me (in a voice like she's being burdened by my very existence) to empty the items out of my basket. I've never been to a store that didn't let you just put the basket on the belt, but that's fine if Kroger doesn't want you doing that, but don't tell me like I'm some snot dribbling idiot that's ruined your entire afternoon. I'll be going to Meijer...
