EDIT! the store number and the person i was talking about BLEW up my phone after the review, making me believe they are up to something shady! Why blow me up on your personal cellphone after I apparently “never called” funny how you get my number ? SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I’m going to start off by saying I go in there almost every day to buy stuff being. It is a couple blocks away from my house. I noticed yesterday before work that I was being overcharged on a product that I buy there. I am being overcharged about eight dollars a day. I go in there to talk to them thinking they will take care of me as I am a regular customer the guy behind the front counter, who normally rings me up, flipped out, refused to do anything for me or investigate anything denied selling me anything the day before or anything before that even though I’m in there almost every day talking to him. I literally showed him the receipt in the phone calls the day before trying to get a hold of him and all he says is I doubt it and then kicked me out at the end because I was upset. These people will get over on you if you let them if you buy anything make sure they are ringing it up, correct. Also, if you’re the owner and there is any inventory of he always grabs a couple when he grabs mine… So maybe look into that as well, I doubt a person who is acting like that is honest in any part of his life.. I am a customer that was in there almost every day spending a decent amount of Money and he told me to never come back so if you’re the owner once again, I really hope you Are reading this. I’m the customer that literally corrected them when they undercharged me… On the customer, that’s a patient when you training all these new people… On the customer that was in there every day being friendly. Thanks for stealing from me, and kicking me out...

I don't know why I gave this store another chance today after two years of terrible experiences. The convenience of this location is not worth it! Today I was given the wrong replacement pod for my vape- the pod I received is pretty visually indistinguishable from the pod I needed, but as I am not a smoke shop employee, it's on them to give the correct products to customers. Today I had to walk past a male employee and customer awkwardly loitering right by door just to get in to make my purchase (where I was given the wrong item). The young blonde girl who works there is extremely rude, and very uncomfortable to deal with. Any Delta products purchased there are counterfeit, or...

I spent thousands of dollars at this place over the last year... I went in and purchased a product ($100 item) Omar, the guy in charge wouldn't exchange it or help me in anyway other then trying to sell me more garbage. The item I wanted to return was brand new and had been purchased the night before I attempted to exchange for one that air actually moved through. This place sold me a super defective unusable product then acted like they would exchange it on the phone, I drive 30 min each way then they refuse to exchange the product when I arrive. AVOID...
