So, I decided to limit my exposure to potential fraud and used a prepaid debit card. I placed a small order under $100, and immediately called to confirm my payment method was acceptable. That evening, they called back and said that -because I had explained- it was a prepaid card, and I'm a new customer, they refused to attempt to process my order of 1.5 ounces of silver. Believe me, as a jewelry store owner I am well aware of rampant fraud, but there's way too much competition in this sector for that back-and-forth nonsense. It was a bizarre conversation, because I hung up feeling like they're not interested in new relationships. Maybe they've started a business exit strategy? I obviously won't be employing them, and I feel good about that - because their shipping cost is the worst in the industry. However, they did answer the phone right away -twice- even though the first time it sounded like I woke her up, to their credit. Read moreThis George character certainly feels entitled and has an arrogant addittude. This was my first visit and was excited to buy. He acted like he was in a hurry, then said my leg hurts what do you want to see right here. I wanted to get a matching set by looking at the necklaces first. He then wouldn't let me look up close at the necklaces and shut the sliding door right away. I told him I was not going to steal, he says that's what all the people say! (Well don't have the items so close to the door) I addressed his comment and his addittude he demanded I leave but yet he was the one so rude, no salesman addittude. He told me to leave like he owned the place. I said I wanted to speak with the owner, "he's not here I'm running the store". I told him this was not right, he was the one who was in the wrong. Another coworker helped me at which i was grateful, But now I see the item is broken. I live 2 hours away, I get there at 4:20pm, there was a young lady there with black t-shirt at the back counter and she was on her phone . As I walked in, she said" were closed, were finishing up with one customer. First time I have been refused service from this place. Most of the time I received good customer service.
