Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Farmington

Ordered. Drink was made incorrectly. I asked for black but was served some mixture of something else. Person in charge told me my drink was right and she saw the girl make it. I told her it tasted odd and asked if she could remake it. She obliged. I tried it again, but it still wasn't right but I had already pulled away from the window. I went back through the DT to ask for a refund and was asked to come inside because of the DT line. I replied that I didn't feel like getting out of the vehicle. Person deleted my order and recharged for my other beverage. I left without checking my initial beverage which was a refresher. It is unsatisfactorily sweet. Two mis-made beverages and not even an apology. This is far from the Starbucks experience I've grown...

I have worked at this store and when I started it was awesome the environment was good and the coffee we served was about getting the order right and creating custom connections after my first week it was painfully clear thet this location does not care about the product they serve as long as the time it took them to serve it was less then 45 seconds since being fired the store has only gotten worse to the point they can't even take the time to read the order and for the 5th order in a row they sent iced coffee instead of hot coffee I am very disappointed and will only be using the Starbucks on main and Broadway from now on don't waste your money at...

Just like an average Starbucks, the staff are nice and for ONCE the baristas don't give you the look of being in 5 wars in 4 seconds when you order something very customized or big. They actually make it work and they make the caramel ribbon frap SO good! Its fast and tasty and they make it worth your money. The staff are so nice, I have a problem with my speaking sometimes and they are very patient and help me correct myself sometimes.
