Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Farmington

Did a call in order. Ordered 5 meals. The meals came with 5 drinks. Was charged for upgrading 4 drinks from small to large without my knowledge, had to look at receipt carefully before leaving to see this extra charge. Only recieved two large and two small drinks. Had to ask for 5th to which they said 'I only paid for 4 not 5...' showed them receipt. Corrected mistake. Didn't get "extra charge" money back cause I didn't want to argue. Put food in comfy seat. Halfway home I noticed a foodie smell. Like something had opened. Looked closer and noticed the food was stacked the wrong way. Heavy stuff on top was crushing lite containers on bottom. That caused a leak hence the smell. In the bottom of the mix I found a plastic strip opening for one of the prep bags of sauce for the meal. Outraged I went back and asked for a refund showing them the strip of plastic I found in our food. It didn't happen. All in all. It ended up in the trash cause of the containers opening, mixing everybody's meals, messing up our order, and the plastic strip found and not answered for was overlooked, and the overcharged drinks.. I ordered a catering order for my office lunch. I ordered with the manager on duty Danial three days in advance of when I needed it. I told her we needed the food delivered at 10:45 and that our luncheon/meeting started at 11:00. They arrived at 11:10 after I started calling them at 10:50. I let them know it was not acceptable for them to be so late as I told her the meeting was at 11:00. If this were going to be a problem they should have said something when we ordered. Upon getting the food and drinks set up we noticed a bug floating in the lemonade and couldn't use it at all. I called regarding the lemonade after the meeting and talked to the same manager again. She was going to set a lemonade to the side in the cooler for me to pick up to replace the other. Upon arriving later that evening she had not done as she said and I waited almost 20 minutes for them to figure out what was going on. It is a shame that a company can not count on getting items for a meeting in time when ordered three days in advance. Google Maps you are wrong. I did not eat at this place nor have I ever eaten at this place. what the hell is going on? Update: My kids and I finally tried this place out on July 13. The friendliness of the workers were good. They were kind and helpful. I admitted to them that this was our first time here. The food? Well let's just say it was not what we anticipated. The tamales, I finished mine cause I liked the sauce that topped mine. My daughter said hers tasted funny. The rice (that is evidently served with every dish) was too sour for all of us. Even the 5 and 6 year olds who love rice, started dry heaving after tasting theirs. I took a half a teaspoon and said, hell no. My 6 year old didn't want to finish his taco. My daughter asked, "Why do you keep trying these different places and putting us through this? We should stick with what we know and like. " We always take home left overs. Not this time.
