I am giving it a 3 star because the experience I had was a miss understand on both parties. I went in on a Tuesday around 4 pm to order a refrigerator. After I had been approved they called and asked if the could order the fridge that day and me come pick it up on Friday which was approved to do so and told them how to do it. After doing some work on the computer I was told it would be in on Weds and I could come pick it up then, I told them that it would be Friday before I could and I was again told that i could pick it up from Weds to Friday. The lady even told me if I waited to order it Friday I would not get it till Monday but it would actually be Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. I said glad I came in today then. Well as things worked out on Wed we had meeting and were let out early so I was able to go get it only to be told " the order didn't go thru and it was done this morning and it will be Thursday before it got there. I only gave them a 3 because I was told more than once it would be there Weds. The one think I can not stand in life in general is for someone to tell me something and not deliver on their word. I am aware I told the I would be there Friday and I will be there Friday, the only I went to pick it up on Weds was because I was told it would be there and it worked out for me to do so, otherwise I would have not even tried. If you are gonna tell someone something you need to live up to what you said you would do. People's time are valuable, not including getting people lined up to help you and the gas and find a trailer to haul it with. If they would have said it will be here Friday I would not have even tried.I guess I am old fashion but if I tell you I am gonna do something, you don't ever have to worry about it.
