AT&T Store — Local services in Fayette

We recently converted my parents house phone to a cellphone. During the process, the landline was prematurely released, not by AT&T. My father went to the AT&T store for help. He had the pleasure of working with Angel. Let's just say she is appropriately named. She went above and beyond to retrieve the landline number. After hours of back and forth with the outside company, she successfully saved his number and proceeded to assist us with converting it to a cell number. She treated my father as if he were her own. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. My husband was discriminated against as soon as he walked into this store being a heavily tattooed bearded man. Ridge immediately didn’t want to help him and refused service after my husband told him he needed to activate a watch. He got up to go get a watch when we had the watch with us and as soon as we said we have the watch with us he told my husband he had an attitude and refused service. Went to the Fayette, Alabama store! We were greeted with smiles! They worked hard to help me! I was there to pick up a new phone! They were very knowledgeable! They walked me through in setting up new phone, and helped transfer everything from my old phone to the new phone! Maria, and the nice young trainee made this whole experience wonderful!
