The Only Door Cafe — Restaurant in Fayette

Best place in town to buy a cup of coffee! It's very flavorful and rich tasting at least to me. I love their selection of flavors, and their home made pastries and cake available for purchase. You can tell someone made them by hand, not at all store bought. The mocha frappe is currently my favorite to order. This place is great for a small, quiet Bible study, catching up one on one with a friend, or just quietly sipping your coffee and relaxing by yourself. Best of all this place is a Christian coffee shop. Very warm and welcoming and always sharing the message of salvation in small, quiet, but meaningful ways. I recently visited this cafe and tried the “Sweetie Pie Chai Latte,” but it was quite underwhelming. The only noticeable flavor was milk. Any notes of cinnamon, sweet potato etc. were nonexistent. I also had a slice of their red velvet cake, which was mediocre at best. None of the flavors really stood out, not even the cream cheese, and the texture was oddly both moist and crumbly.
