I was in Africa for about nine months with my car in the local area of Signature Sound. I heard nothing but good things and I wanted work done so I called. Boss man got back to me immediately. I explained to him what I wanted. What blew my mind was from our conversation and the things that I had expressed to him, he knew what was best for me but he continued with what I told him I wanted but warned me that I would want more when I got home...I was home for a single night and immediately returned. He fixed me up and installed what he’d initially suggested and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was perfect. From this day forward, I trust that team with whatever they say is best. Initially, I thought Big Boss was only trying to get me to buy more because they wanted to squeeze more money but he read me like a book and knew exactly what I needed to satisfy my dream for my car. I smile literally every time get in. Signature Sound? I would go anywhere else. I will travel back to Fayetteville to have this team complete my work. I should have known a 5 star local business had to be ran by someone who knew what people wanted and knew how to provide an amazing service. Brought my truck in to have them go over my installation from Banging audio since day one the system didn't seem right, Rico came out and listened to the system, checked visible wiring and tuning on head unit and Amp then asked if he could look over the entire system for me to make sure there was nothing else holding my system back. I agreed on the price (which was very very reasonable mind you) and he called me about 30 minutes ago to tell me that he had discovered I got conned pretty hard, he's currently fixing it and will be available tomorrow afternoon for pickup. Just off his vibe and his commitment I wish there was a 10 star review because it'd be his. I recently bought my wife a Suburban and he'll definitely be doing the audio and video installation in it. Worst ever. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place. My first vehicle, they connected my system. Didn’t install my amp right. Wires kept coming loose 🙄2nd vehicle they installed my touch screen a new door speaker in my honda. Light on all over my dash. Can’t reset my mileage or oil light, door speakers has a shortage, so the sounds goes in an out. Call an reported they told me to bring it back. Some Hispanic gon tell me the lights want come off. Remember you, before they took my factory radio out, it was working fine. No lights on I was able to reset my mileage an oil. An my speakers still goes in an out. I would never recommend nobody to this place. Even if they did it for free. Still wouldn’t recommend em. Keep your money go...
