My morning sickness sent me in search of Preggie Pops as a natural alternative to Zofran. There are two stores in Fayetteville that carry them: Stork News and Baby’s R Us. Being one who loves to support local businesses, I went to Stork News and purchased a box ($4.71 including tax for 7 little lollipops). It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the sticker on the back that reads “Best Before Dec 2012.” 2012. That means the essential oils that make these pops work have been breaking down for over two years beyond the manufacturer’s estimated effectiveness date. I returned to the store in hopes of exchanged them for a newer box. No luck. They all had the same “Best Before Dec 2012” sticker. I requested a refund. The man working there said, “Sorry, they’re yours. We don’t give refunds.” I told him how essential oils break down over time, and that these pops had expired over two years ago. He said that it wouldn’t hurt to try them followed by, “Did you already have your baby? You don’t look pregnant.” I told him I was at 15 weeks, and he replied, “And you’re already sick?” I informed him that the beginning of pregnancy is the worst time for sickness. He said “Well, I can’t give you a refund. You’re stuck with them. I’ll let her (the owner I guess?) know that they’re old and maybe she’ll throw them out.” I left frustrated and disappointed. I was planning to return to Stork News to purchase baby items once the gender was revealed to us. Not anymore. This is a local business that has communicated that they don’t care about...

AWFUL! If I could give half a star, I would: On 4-24-2015 I placed an order for an eight-foot Stork rental (baby announcement); I received an order confirmation on 4-25-2015. As of 4-30-2015, still no delivery of Stork rental, and no replies to my e-mails or phone messages trying to get this mess sorted out -- although they put the charge through on my credit card on 4-25-2015 WITH AN ADDITIONAL $20 MORE than what was reflected in the order confirmation. I will never use this company -- or any of its affiliates. Luckily, I was able to connect with another company and they delivered a Stork, plus many extras, within 24 hours of...

In November I got the chance to bring my baby home from the hospital to a beautiful stork just like I was brought home to one 26 years before! It was a full circle experience and this company made me feel so special. Thank you so much for making my traditions continue! I can’t wait to use your guys again...
