Grocery Outlet — Local services in Federal Way

I go to this grocery outlet often. The girl with brown/blonde hair in a bun and a grey hoodie was very rude and wouldn’t let me go to the front of the store to see veggies and plants that I wanted to buy. She refused to let me through even after I told her I couldn’t access through the other side because I tried already and the line is blocking the entrance because it’s busy and I didn’t want to pass the cashier since I have items I want to buy in my hand. She said definitely not. I then set the items down in front of her and was like there “I don’t have anything” I just literally want to look at that plant and tomatoes and started to walk in she stepped in front of me and blocked the path, like at that point I didn’t want anything to do with them and would just rather go to my car. My boyfriend was waiting in the long line waiting for me to come back with the plants for his mom since it’s Mother’s Day tomorrow. We put everything back and left because she was so rude and she literally stopped in the doorway and looked me up and down so I said I have nothing and put my hands up and she’s like GOOD AND WATCHED ME LEAVE.. maybe it’s because I have a few tattoos or something im not sure. None of their other employees have treated me this way I’ve gone here a long time. It was just so disrespectful. Oh I forgot to add that at one point she said “okay you can come” and I said thank you and the moment I took a step she blocked me off again with her body and said “nope...

The store is clean and well-stocked. However, the staff is completely oblivious to the customers. Twice in the last week I have stopped into the Dash Point Grocery Outlet for a few items. Both times, when I went to the register to pay, the cashiers ignored me. The first time was a man, the second a woman. Instead even a simply hello greeting, both times, the cashiers ignored me and talked to the other cashier. The man complained about his job and the other was just chatting. Neither should any care or concern about my shopping experience, asked any questions. At least the woman told me the total cost. The man who helped me NEVER SAID A SINGLE WORD TO ME!

I was at this location today. Filled my cart, stood in line, put my groceries on the belt, grabbed my wallet & looked up to see a Pile of groceries. I asked the man "am I supposed to bag this?" And he (rudely) said "you could help" & threw bags on top of my groceries, I start bagging food, paid while he bagged ONE bag of groceries 😡 I had 6 Bags & the 1 he filled he smashed my bread with a giant glass bottle of olives & put bananas & dryer sheets in the same bag.. Then I had to ask for my receipt which evidently, annoyed him. Seriously? I would rather go to Winco! If I have to work at the stores I pay money for, than I'll go to a location that has...
