Subway — Restaurant in Federal Way

Went to this location about a month and a half ago And it was an hour from closing. We started ordering our sandwiches but noticed a lot of ingredients missing. My boyfriend asked if they had jalapeños and the kid grabbed them from the counter behind. I asked if he had a few other ingredients and they were all on the back counter covered with saran wrap to be put away for the night. A few more people had lined up behind us at this time. Unfortunately it seems people aren’t able to get everything they would like. On a side note, we tried ordering from Uber eats tonight, and it seems odd that we ordered around 7:59 and our order was canceled at 8:07. I have been coming to the subway for probably 10 years, in the last year or two, the quality has gone downhill dramatically. They give you about half of the ingredients you normally get at any other subway. I recently went in, they had loud religious chanting music playing, told me they do not carry cheddar cheese, and made the smallest foot-long turkey sandwich I have ever had in 35 years of ordering at Subway. SUBWAY, if this location can’t produce a sandwich with the same quality as your other locations, it’s simply going to get sold again. You need some corporate control and some quality at this location! Employers should be friendly and able to speak English. Disappointed in this location. Location does not take coupons, server advised it was a system issue, but nonetheless resulted in me paying nearly 40 dollars for 2 sandwiches. Unsure when subway decided to price gouge their consumers, but I will never order from subway again because of this.

Location service is subpar. Both times I've visited this location, there was only a single server, even waiting for single person in line took about 10 minutes.
