The customer experience and finished product at Old Main Frame Shop are nothing short of outstanding. Kathy, the owner, worked with my husband and me to frame a degree with four minors, and it looks amazing. Now, she's working to frame another degree for us, and the styling she showed us is perfect. She takes our tastes seriously, listens intently, and helps focus us in on the right picks for us (frame, background, glass type, etc.). She has a great eye for design, which helped us bring our vision to life without us having to walk in knowing just what we wanted. Now I would take anything in there with just a notion of what I want, and I know that I can trust her to help get it just right. She is patient and gets an understanding of what you're trying to do with any piece. Working with Kathy is the ideal collaborative experience; she well explains various options, including for varying budgets and styles. Such a wonderful place! Such wonderful people! I had purchased from the downtown location and missed being able to stop in, but a simple search located Kathy and company at their new location. Parking is a lot easier! I purchased some prints, but I saw a Corner Room framed print that kept haunting me. I was going to wait for Stay at Home to lift, but it was extended, so I used the email contact to see if I could still purchase - and Kathy set me right up!
