Subway — Restaurant in Ferguson Township

Used to be one of the best Subways in State College…

I had placed a mobile order and was told by the app that it was done and ready to be picked. That was a complete lie… nothing was made and I had to wait another 20 minutes just to end up leaving with nothing. The guy kept trying to talk to me instead of making my food, leading to other people behind me leaving (I never talked to him, I was trying to take a phone call). Not to mention, it was quite obvious that the singular employee working was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He kept asking if I had somewhere to be and if he needed to hurry, leaving me to believe something was off with him. It was just a very uncomfortable experience. I had to take the loss of $13.77 for my mobile order and leave cause of the quality of the “sandwich” being prepped infront of me. This was the sloppiest looking sandwich to the point I told him “Just cancel it. That’s disgusting” and...

Friendly Service, Clean Restaurant. I frequent this Subway location as it is close to my work. Each time I have gone the place is clean and inviting. The veggies are always fresh and the service is great. They aren't afraid to put on extra veggies if you ask which isn't always the case. Subway is what it is, so finding one that stands out above others is hard but this one seems to have done that. I have yet to have a bad experience...

Not that I have anything bad to say about anyone that works there, but one gentleman in particular is just off the charts with his customer service and personality. I know people that choose to eat here because interacting with him brings happiness. No complaints on anything about this store, other than app has wrong pricing and won't let me order breakfast items all day despite that they sell...
