Cross's Smoke Shop — Local services in Fife

I have been coming here for years now and they have one girl that works there that is extremely rude. Either completely ignores you even when you are asking a question, and if you ask her for a receipt she doesn't reply hands it to you, and starts helping another customer before you even get a chance to say thank you. Today when I went in there she was working the drive through window again completely rude and when I made a comment about a item I wanted jot jot only did she make a rude comkent, she then refused to repeat what she said. After this last interaction with this employee I will not be coming back to this establishment anymore. There are other smoke shops in Fife who have staff that are professional and will be dealing with them...

If you're using cash make sure you're getting the correct change back. Total came out to $22.80.. gave him a $100, tipped $1.20 and when I left I went to put the change in my wallet and only had $66. I called and told them they shorted me $10 and asked them politely to please count the till and they will see its $10 over. He says "I gave you the last $10 bill.. I gave you three 20s a 10 and two 1s".. I said "no you gave me three 20s A 5 and tw".. cuts me off and says "oh ya and I gave you a 5 too". The WORST experience we have ever had with a locksmith!! Two guys showed up in a car literally taped together!! Yes, this should have been a huge red flag, but who am I to discriminate? Took them over 4hrs to change and key the locks and then they weren't even able to get one lock to work! Paid nearly 300 bucks for something we had to call somebody else to fix the next day.
