If I could rate this a zero I probably would. Haven't had to deal with them much but have heard a lot of awful things lately. But this morning my person and I had to go to close out her dead mothers account and not only was the lobby closed completely on Saturday which sucks for people who work all-day during "Banking hours"so we went threw the drive threw and we're not even properly greeted and then we're told that we could not close the acct through the drive through window so we ask to speak to a manager and the woman said she was the manager we proceeded to ask for her supervisors name and after we exchanged some polite words about she wasn't her own boss she was on the phone for 10 mins and then she finally returned and said here is her card but she can't do anything till Monday.
