Ferguson Plumbing Supply — Local services in Four Corners States

I have been a customer with Ferguson’s for years. The One employee that you guys have that I can 100% count on is Jeff Gilbert. I have never seen a man give so much for his company and for his customers. There is nothing that you can ask him for that he does not deliver on and that he has not put his heart into. I started out in Longmont and I thought that every Fergusons ran that way, but boy was I wrong. I realize that Jeff was the reason that Longmont is absolutely the best service Fergusons in the state and it is not even close. At most Fergusons, you have to stand there and watch six employees talk to each other while you wait for them to finish their conversation. At the one that Jeff was running before he took a different position. It was always customer first and it still is until today. I don’t understand why he is not going around in training everyone because with him in charge Fergusons could really change how Plumbers feel about them as they go in and wait for someone to hopefully help them. I wish I had someone that dedicated to my company I would let them run it and Watch the revenue soar. as long as he is wearing a Ferguson shirt, I will be faithful to the stores. Hopefully this does not go on deaf ears because I do not do reviews, but after over four years of dealing with him, I am just shocked that he is still as dedicated to help me today as he was day one trying to get my account. I had a great experience with Ferguson last week. Before my water heater broke, I had basically zero experience with sourcing parts locally. I called around everywhere; Ferguson answered the phone and was able to help me out and provide guidance when I needed it. When I got there to pick up, the employees were super nice and very helpful again. Overall, this is the experience I expect when buying something expensive. NO WORDS CAN EXPLAIN... After having no water for a couple of days and going to 4 other plumbing places that said " sorry we can't help" in less than 5 mins of showing them and asking for help. NOT THIS PLACE!! TO THE TWO APOSTLES THAT HAD PLUMBING JESUS COME IN TO HELP ME!! Got the right part that 99% of professionals never seen before work!! BIG THANKS...
