The Rural Rose — Local services in Fisher

I specifically ordered pink and white roses with some dark purple fillers. I paid $155 for them. I did not get what I ordered. I got red roses with white white lily's and some light purple fillers that looked half dead. So disappointed, these were for a visitation/funeral. So disappointed. I think I deserve my money back. So I did call them, they told me they did not have the flowers in stock that I ordered. But instead of calling me back to tell me that, so I could have called another place, they took it upon themselves to just substitute everything. This was such an important funeral for me and was going to press some of these flowers for the scrapbook, and all they could say was they were sorry. Never once did they offer a refund. I will say the basket they did was very pretty, but definitely not what I ordered. We ended up just throwing it out after the funeral since the stuff I ordered was not in the basket and nothing I could press for the scrapbook. $155.00 out in the garbage. I will not use this place ever again. I will probably go to a actual flower shop in my own town next time I need an arrangement so I can actually see it before I...
